The service

Anssay, a product of Softknack Technologies, answers your business's calls, WhatsApp and website chats, books appointments, sends reminders and hands conversations to you when needed.

Free trial

The trial lasts 14 days and includes 30 call minutes and 100 WhatsApp credits. No card is needed to start.

Plans, prices and billing

• All prices are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST.
• Annual plans are paid for 10 months and run for 12.
• Extra call minutes, AI replies and WhatsApp credits are prepaid from your balance — there are no surprise bills.
• Included credits reset on your billing date; bought credit packs last 12 months.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. Monthly plans run to the end of the month you have paid for.

Your number and call forwarding

You keep your own number and WhatsApp. Anssay answers the calls you forward to it. Your phone operator may charge you for forwarded calls.

What Anssay answers

Anssay answers only from the information you have approved, and passes anything new to you. You are responsible for keeping your services, prices and answers correct. Anssay does not give medical, legal or financial advice.

Your customers

You must have the right to contact the customers Anssay calls or messages on your behalf, and you must respect a customer's request to stop. Customer data belongs to you; see our privacy policy.

Fair use

Don't use Anssay for spam, unlawful messages or to mislead people. We may pause an account that does.

Liability

We work hard to keep Anssay answering, but we can't promise it will never miss a call or make a mistake. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai have jurisdiction.
