Who we are
Anssay is a product of Softknack Technologies, Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. We provide Anssay to businesses — clinics, PGs, tutors and others — to answer their customers' calls and messages. You can reach us at hello@anssay.com.
Your business owns its customer data
The calls, messages, bookings and customer details that Anssay handles belong to the business that uses Anssay. We process them only to provide the service to that business, and we never sell them.
What we collect
- From businesses: owner and staff names, phone numbers, business details, services, prices and timings you give Anssay.
- From customers who call or message a business: phone number, name if given, the call recording, the transcript and messages, and the bookings made.
- From this website: what you type into the contact form, and basic visit data our hosting records.
Call recordings and transcripts
Anssay records and transcribes the calls it answers, so it can book correctly, hand questions to the business and show the business what happened. If a caller asks, Anssay tells them it is the business's virtual assistant.
How long we keep it
Recordings, transcripts and messages are kept while the business's Anssay account is active. The business can delete a conversation at any time. When a business closes its account, its customer data is deleted.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from Anssay and you will not get reminders or follow-ups again.
- Ask for your data to be shown to you, corrected or deleted by writing to hello@anssay.com or to the business you contacted.
Where your data is stored
Anssay's data is hosted in India.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run the service — telephony, WhatsApp messaging, speech and AI processing, and hosting — under agreements that limit their use to providing it. We share data with authorities only when the law requires.
